A complete painted icon set for RPG inventories, shops and loot tables.

320 items across 20 categories: blades, axes and maces, ranged weapons, magic implements, shields, helmets, armor, jewelry, potions, alchemy, scrolls and books, hearty and fresh food, gems, smithing, herbs, adventuring gear, keys and treasure, relics, currency and trade. Sixteen icons per category, every one with a bold silhouette that stays readable at 64 px, a consistent thick outline, upper-left light and a single specular point.

WHAT'S IN IT

- 320 icons, each at 256, 128 and 64 px on transparent square canvases - the 64 px set is pre-rendered with a controlled downscale, not left to your engine

- 5 rarity frames (common to legendary), each as a filled slot AND as a transparent ring, plus a plain slot background - drawn procedurally, so every tier is pixel-identical in weight; the frames contain no AI content

- one spritesheet per size with atlas.json pixel rects

- index.json with every icon, category and file

Icons and frames share the same outline grammar, so they sit together without adjustment. The style matches the Deepvein tileset by the same publisher.

AI DISCLOSURE

The icon imagery was generated with OpenAI GPT Image from written prompts, then processed with purpose-built tooling that is not part of the generator: chroma keying with alpha-weighted key unmixing, automatic grid splitting, exact rescaling to a fixed size table, square-canvas composition at three sizes, spritesheet and index build. The rarity frames and slot backgrounds are drawn by code and contain no AI-generated content.
